My career with global luxury brands has spanned 18 years, and during that time I have pioneered and established successful VIP strategies and loyalty programmes.  My work regularly takes me around the world: these experiences have helped me form a deep understanding and appreciation of global luxury service, and build a strong sense of cultural sensitivity and unique client preferences.

As a luxury customer myself, I regularly attend exclusive brand events and experiences globally. The truly memorable ones were crafted with a thoughtfully cultivated customer journey delivered by a passionate and well-trained VIP sales team.
